Anyone can nominate a child for a wish, a child can even nominate themselves. Upon receipt of the communication regarding the child’s name and wish the charity will communicate with the parents or legal guardians of the child.

To nominate a child:
This should be done in writing to: Lesley Turnbull at Wish Upon A Dream, the letter should inform us of the child’s name, age and condition/illness. The person nominating the child will then hear from us and the child’s parents/legal guardians are then consulted.

From this point there are procedures to follow, and this will enable us to get to the position of being able to proceed with the wish.
